Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and to ensure hygiene of our inventory, we not not accept any returns or exchanges. All products are final sale unless breakage or defects are found. No exceptions can be made, and we cannot accept any returned items.
Broken, damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged or is defective in any way, please contact us so we can find a way to make it right. We will replace or refund all items damaged in shipping. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, We may request photos of damaged or defective items. We will ship any replacements due to damage or defect, at our cost, within 5 business days. Any refunds will be processed in 3 business days.
Please note that we do not consider a customer's perception of a fragrance or a texture a defect. We will happily help guide you towards a scent you might appreciate more next time, but we sadly cannot refund or replace products if you decide the fragrance is not right for you or if the strength or other subjective qualities are not to your preference.
